If you see something, it's not a detail

I don't know much about fashion and I only heard of this brand today, but I like a lot of what this guy is saying. I don't consider myself an artist, mostly because I don't think my work qualifies as art, but I would still consider myself a creative person and I suffer certain failings of that type, namely poor planning for retirement; his last sentiment is perhaps a more successful person's take on my resignation to the idea that creative people don't retire, people just stop hiring them.
