Something Like This

I wish I could have played like this when I was thirteen. Actually, I wish I could play like this now. Sure, she is covering this tune and perhaps just copying it hit for hit, but it's still pretty awesome. When I was at this age, I was spending probably 95+% of the time I spend playing along to a recording trying to duplicate what I heard exactly, almost no time making up my own parts. There are some tiny slip ups here and there, but the fact that she doesn't lose the beat at all shows that it's not just mechanical reproduction. She also rocks out pretty well:
